December 22nd, 2009 at Tue, 22nd, 2009 at 3:19 pm by caseyolson

Todd Beamer High School senior Holland Crook was recently named a first-team, All-State midfielder.

Crook is the most decorated player in the history of Todd Beamer High School. Crook was named the Most Valuable Player in the SPSL South for the third time in her career after scoring 14 goals and dishing out six assists. Crook has already committed to play soccer in the fall at Arizona State University.

In total, Crook has totaled 60 goals during her four seasons at Beamer. As a freshman, she was the team’s leading scorer with nine goals and eight assists in just eight matches before tearing the miniscus in her left knee. As a sophomore, Crook had 19 goals and four assists, including hat tricks in four straight matches. Last year, she totaled 18 goals. Crook’s father is former professional soccer player Bill Crook, who played for the Tacoma Stars of the Major Indoor Soccer League, among others.
