ESPN Rise ranks Federal Way 45th in preseason
November 3rd, 2009 at Tue, 3rd, 2009 at 1:16 pm by caseyolsonESPN Rise came out with their preseason 2009 high school basketball rankings on Tuesday and the defending state-champion Federal Way Eagles are ranked 45th in the nation. The Eagles finished 28-2 last year and beat Garfield in the state championship game. Federal Way is the lone team from Washington in the preseason rankings. High school basketball kicks off Nov. 16.
